What is religion?
Why are we as humans compelled toward faith?
These are the questions that I am trying to explore in this series. Through a family connection, I have gained access to the activities in the church featured in these photos. In this series, I want to show the viewer what I saw while photographing at this location. I find the emotional moments where my subjects connect with a higher power to be fascinating. These moments are very intimate and I would like viewers to consider and reflect on their own spirituality.
